All orders ship at a single flat rate, no matter the size of your order. We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Preorders ship when the product is released.

Returns

All returns are handled through our contact page — reach out and we'll take care of you.

Sealed products (starter decks, booster boxes, booster packs)

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition.
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Opened products

No returns on opened trading card products.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace or refund it.

Lost packages

Provide proof of purchase from this store and we'll review whether to reship or refund.
